Mich. (News 10) – Families participating in the Michigan Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, or WIC, can now use their benefits to shop online at Meijer stores, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced
The online shopping option is available at all 122 Meijer stores in Michigan. WIC participants can choose curbside pickup or home delivery.
Customers can pay for eligible WIC items with their WIC benefits card and purchase non-WIC items using another payment method in the same transaction.

The Michigan WIC program serves more than 187,000 women, infants and children each month by providing healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other programs and resources.
