For many entrepreneurs, running a business increasingly means juggling a pile of disconnected <a href="https://bitcomme.com/are-software-stocks-still-in-the-crosshairs-after-ai-warnings-shake-tech/” title=”Are software stocks still in the crosshairs after AI warnings shake tech?”>software. There is one tool for learning, another for AI assistance, spreadsheets for finances, task-management apps for execution, and other platforms for tracking performance.
The problem founder and CEO of UK-headquartered technology company BIZOACH, isn’t a lack of information. It’s what happens after entrepreneurs get the information
“Entrepreneurs don’t suffer from a lack of information. They suffer from fragmented information, disconnected tools and uncertainty about what to do next,” Fidel says. BIZOACH is being built around the idea that AI should not just answer entrepreneurs’ questions but help them act on the answers.
That puts BIZOACH somewhere between an AI assistant, business intelligence platform and operating system. The company is developing what it calls an “AI Business Operating System” that connects business intelligence, learning, decision-making and execution in one environment.
The distinction is important because generative AI has already made business advice easier to access. An entrepreneur can ask an AI tool how to price a product, improve marketing or prepare for investors. But an answer doesn’t automatically mean the entrepreneur understands the recommendation, knows how to implement it or can measure whether it worked.
BIZOACH wants to close that gap. Its proposed workflow is simple: Understand → Learn → Decide → Plan → Execute → Measure → Learn Again.
At the centre of the platform is BIZOACH IQ, an intelligence layer designed to build a baseline understanding of both the entrepreneur and the business. That information can then influence the recommendations and support the entrepreneur receives across the platform.
The AI Advisor is intended to provide contextual business guidance, while Learning Pathways focus on developing specific capabilities instead of simply offering a library of generic courses. Intelligence Tools will support activities such as business analysis, validation and planning.
Then there is the Execution System, which is perhaps the biggest bet. Instead of stopping at a recommendation, BIZOACH wants to turn that recommendation into a plan with objectives, initiatives, actions, ownership, deadlines and measurable outcomes.
For example, if an entrepreneur discovers that customer retention is falling, an AI system might recommend improving customer onboarding. BIZOACH’s intended approach is to help convert that recommendation into an execution plan and subsequently measure whether retention improves.
That data could become increasingly valuable over time. Fidel envisions BIZOACH developing what the company calls “institutional memory”—a record of decisions, actions and outcomes that allows entrepreneurs to understand not only what they should do, but what they previously tried and what happened.
That could eventually change the question entrepreneurs ask AI. Instead of simply asking, “What should we do?”, they could ask, “What have we tried before, what happened, and what should we do differently this time?”
BIZOACH is headquartered in the UK but plans to pursue an Africa-led distribution strategy. Fidel sees African entrepreneurs as an opportunity to build for markets where business intelligence, capability development and execution support are often fragmented, rather than simply adapting software built for other markets.
Learning is another major part of the product. BIZOACH’s planned Learning Pathways cover areas including business foundations, growth and go-to-market strategy, business intelligence and AI-driven decision-making, marketing and customer acquisition, and investment readiness. The company says completed pathways can lead to verifiable credentials.
The company is preparing for a public product launch in October 2026. But Fidel says the larger ambition goes beyond the launch: to build an intelligent infrastructure that follows entrepreneurs from understanding their businesses and developing skills to making decisions, executing strategies and learning from results.
BIZOACH’s philosophy can be summed up in three words: “Build With Intelligence.” The company ultimately wants to move AI for entrepreneurs from simply providing answers to helping founders turn those answers into measurable business outcomes.
