Delaware State Police say a man “dressed like a female” in tight clothing and a wig robbed a WSFS Bank branch in Rehoboth Beach on Saturday.
According to police, the incident happened at about 9:50 a.m. on Saturday morning when a man, described by police as being thin, in his twenties and “dressed like a female while wearing tight clothing and a wig,” entered a WSFS Bank branch along the 19000 block of Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

At that time, officials said the man passed an employee a note demanding cash.
Once the employee complied, officials said, the suspected bank robber fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police did not immediately share surveillance footage of the incident.
Also, no weapon was ever shown and no one was injured during this crime, police said.
Now, officials said an investigation is underway and police are asking for help from the public to track down the culprit.
