According to a notice posted to its website, the company identified unauthorized activity within its systems on June 22, 2026. Following an investigation with cybersecurity and privacy professionals, Life Bridges determined that an unauthorized actor accessed company systems and copied certain data between June 17 and 22.
The Life Bridges data breach potentially involved some personal and financial information, such as names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, insurance claims information, financial account information and debit card information.
