Li-FT Power Projects Featured in Canada Investment Summit Prospectus
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Li-FT Power Ltd. (“LIFT” or the “Company“) (TSXV: LIFT) (ASX: LFT) (OTCQX: LIFFF) (Frankfurt:WS0) is pleased to announce that the Company’s Yellowknife Lithium Project and Lithium Carbonate Conversion Facility has been selected for inclusion in the investment prospectus for the Canada Investment Summit, taking place September 14-15, 2026, in Toronto.
Hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, the Canada Investment Summit will convene leading global investors, Canadian business leaders and government representatives to connect capital with Canadian investment opportunities, advance major projects, and mobilise long-term investment in sectors of strategic importance to Canada, including critical minerals.
“LIFT is proud to be included in the Canada Investment Summit alongside some of the country’s most significant investment opportunities” said Francis MacDonald, CEO of Li-FT Power. “We have scale in the ground and a strategy to extend that value downstream, combining large lithium resources at the Yellowknife and Adina-Galinée projects with the potential for battery-grade lithium carbonate conversion in Canada to strengthen North American supply chain security. The Summit provides an important opportunity to engage directly with global investors and strategic partners as we advance our projects and build the partnerships required to move them forward.”
LIFT is building a large-scale Canadian lithium platform spanning the Yellowknife and Adina-Galinée projects, with a strategy to extend upstream lithium development downstream into battery-grade lithium carbonate production (Figure 1). The Company’s integrated development strategy is designed to capture more value in Canada while strengthening North American lithium supply chain security.

In addition, Prospect Capital Relations will organize and attend roadshows in conjunction with the organization of conferences.
