Left Lane Capital has announced a new group of senior promotions across its investment, portfolio support, finance and operations teams as the firm continues expanding its leadership structure.
The venture capital and growth equity firm also added six new investors to broaden its coverage across consumer and technology markets. The names and roles of the new hires were not disclosed.
Arjun Kapur and Paddy Dillon were promoted to Principal on Left Lane’s investment team.
Kapur is based in New York, while Dillon works from the firm’s London office. Left Lane said both investors have demonstrated strength across deal sourcing, due diligence and relationship development.
The promotions expand Left Lane’s senior investment leadership across the United States and Europe as the firm continues evaluating high-growth consumer and internet technology companies.
Left Lane also promoted Alex Wu to Partner of Talent and Erica Amatori to Partner of Platform within its Accelerate team.

In their expanded roles, Wu and Amatori will assume broader firm-wide leadership responsibilities while continuing to support Left Lane’s portfolio companies.
On the finance and operations team, Liz Atkisson was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance, Compliance and Operations.
Elizabeth Donovan was promoted to Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Development.
Atkisson and Donovan support Left Lane’s financial, operational and limited partner-facing infrastructure.
The firm also announced eight additional promotions across its investment, Accelerate and finance teams, though the individual appointments were not detailed.
Founded in 2019, Left Lane invests in high-growth consumer and internet technology companies with established customer relationships.
The firm manages approximately $3.8 billion in assets and operates with teams in New York and London.
