Strategic acquisition combines Imagenet’s healthcare operations expertise with Analytica Consulting’s data engineering, analytics and AI capabilities to help organizations turn operational data into actionable intelligence.
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Imagenet, a technology-forward healthcare operations partner for payers, today announced the acquisition of Analytica Consulting, a California-based data consulting firm specializing in data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence, data science, visualization and data governance.
The acquisition expands Imagenet’s data and AI capabilities while adding specialized expertise that complements the company’s existing healthcare technology, intelligent automation and operational services. Together, the organizations will be positioned to help clients not only process and manage critical operations, but also better understand their data, identify opportunities for improvement and increasingly apply analytics and AI to drive smarter, more measurable outcomes.
“Healthcare organizations are generating tremendous amounts of operational data, but the real opportunity is turning that data into actionable intelligence,” said Greg Carnes, CEO of Imagenet. “Analytica Consulting brings deep expertise in data engineering, analytics and AI that complements the work we are already doing across Imagenet. By bringing our organizations together, we have an opportunity to help clients gain greater insight from their operations and use data and technology to make better decisions, improve performance and drive meaningful outcomes.”
Founded in 2015, Analytica Consulting helps government agencies and commercial organizations harness data through modern engineering, analytics and AI. The firm brings experience across modern data platforms, advanced analytics, data science, visualization and governance, with work spanning government, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, education and other sectors.
Analytica Consulting will continue serving its existing clients and delivering its current services, while its data, analytics and AI capabilities will also support Imagenet’s broader technology and data strategy. Over time, the organizations will identify additional opportunities to bring these capabilities to Imagenet’s existing healthcare clients and strengthen data intelligence across the broader business.
