The Indonesia Stock Exchange said 73 listed companies had yet to fulfill their first-quarter 2026 financial reporting obligations as of Aug. 29, with 72 companies already facing trading suspensions and one company subject to a written warning and fine.
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) said 73 listed companies had yet to submit their interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, or had yet to settle the related penalties as of August 29, 2026.
In its announcement No. Peng-S-00030/BEI.PLP/09-2026, published Thursday, September 24, the IDX said the reporting deadline followed the provisions under Exchange Regulation No. I-E on information disclosure obligations, Exchange Regulation No. I-H on sanctions, and Exchange Circular No. SE-00006/BEI/10-2019 on electronic reporting procedures for listed companies.
The final deadline for submitting interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, accompanied by a public accountant’s report for audit purposes, was August 29, 2026. This deadline followed a second written warning and a Rp50 million (US$2,817) fine.
Of the 1,068 listed companies monitored by the IDX, 904 were required to submit interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026. Six companies had different fiscal years, while one company had a different reporting deadline because it also had securities listed on a foreign stock exchange. Another 157 listed securities and companies were not required to submit interim financial statements.
The IDX said 838 listed companies had submitted their financial statements. Of these, 831 had submitted interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The remaining submissions involved companies with different fiscal years or reporting deadlines. One company with a January fiscal year submitted financial statements for the period ended April 30, 2026, representing its first-quarter 2026 report. Two companies with March fiscal years submitted financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, representing their first-quarter 2026 reports.
Three companies with June fiscal years submitted financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, representing their third-quarter 2025 reports. One company with securities listed on a foreign exchange also submitted its interim financial statements under its applicable reporting deadline.
Meanwhile, 72 listed companies had failed to submit interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, without an accompanying public accountant’s report by July 29, 2026. The IDX suspended trading in their shares starting July 30.
The remaining company, PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS), had not submitted its audited interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, by Aug. 29. The company was issued a third written warning and fined Rp150 million (US$8,449).
The IDX also said 157 listed companies were not required to submit interim financial statements. The group comprised seven companies that only listed their shares after March 31, 2026, 44 companies listed on the Acceleration Board, 52 companies that only listed bonds and/or sukuk, and one company that listed bonds and asset-backed securities in the form of participation units (EBA-SP).
The reporting requirements and sanctions form part of the IDX’s disclosure framework for listed companies.
