DAV is an organization of veterans helping veterans.
The reasons are as individual as our members. Some join for the fellowship at our more than 1,200 local chapters. Some for the inspiring national events. Others for opportunities to serve their fellow veterans and their families. And many join to continue the fight to support the rights and benefits of all veterans. DAV understands the needs of veterans because we are veterans—1 million strong. We invite you to join our cause.

Caregiving can bring seasons of stress, uncertainty and isolation. Sometimes, what you need most is simply to know that someone genuinely cares about how you are doing.
For Renee, connecting with DAV Caregivers Support meant having someone there to listen and understand what she was going through.
DAV Caregivers Support provides personalized support to help caregivers navigate their unique challenges. A trained support specialist can:
• Listen to what you’re going through
• Help guide you toward resources
• Provide support along the way
You don’t have to navigate your caregiving journey alone. Learn more about how DAV Caregivers Support can help at davcaregivers.org….
Trips and falls are among the leading causes of emergency room visits each year. Having proper lighting and removing trip hazards can help make your home safer. If the veteran or loved one you support could benefit from home safety updates, such as a lower bed, grab bars or mobility aids, DAV Caregivers Support can help you navigate what’s available.
Our care team connects you with resources for medical equipment and care supplies, often at low or no cost. Find out how else DAV Caregivers Support can fit into your life at davcaregivers.org…
