Fischer Cunnane & Associates acquired Wyncote, Pennsylvania-based Kalos Hutchings & Co. last week, expanding the firm’s presence in the Philadelphia region.

Kalos Hutchings is an accounting, tax and advisory firm for individual, real estate investors, developers, property managers and privately held companies. The deal adds six employees to the Fischer Cunnane team, strengthens its real estate expertise and grows its footprint in Montgomery County.

Fischer Cunnane, founded in the 1960s and based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, provides accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses of all sizes across Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties and the surrounding areas.
