Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup Zenalyst has raised Rs 3 crore in a pre-seed funding round from a group of angel and corporate investors.
The round was raised through Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) and included participation from SKIL Cabs Private Limited, GERP Technologies Private Limited, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan and P H Corp.
Zenalyst said it will use the funding to strengthen its ZenForce platform and expand its library of AI agents across treasury, procurement and legal workflows.
Founded in 2025 by Nagendra Singh, Sanketh Krishnappa and Vijay Jha, Zenalyst develops AI software designed to execute business processes across finance, procurement and legal operations.
ZenForce includes specialised agents such as ZenBank for enterprise money operations, ZenProcure for procurement and ZenLegal for contract intelligence.
The technology connects with more than 150 enterprise systems spanning enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and banking.
The startup works with clients including Sattva Group, Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, Bharat Biotech, Puravankara and Skill Travels, with deployments across real estate, infrastructure, engineering, procurement and construction, pharmaceuticals and travel.
According to the Zenalyst, its technology has reduced manual effort by up to 90% in targeted workflows, while some deployments have recorded payback periods of less than 12 months. Zenalyst also said it has a sales pipeline of about $1 million.
Zenalyst launched its AI Finance Workforce in October 2025, aimed at corporate finance functions. The platform was designed to connect information from systems including ERP, CRM and human resources management software to provide automated analysis and decision support.
In January 2026, it had added listed real estate developers as customers as it expanded its focus on asset-heavy industries. Its product suite at the time included ZenBank, ZenBook, ZenForce and ZenPay, covering areas including treasury, financial analysis, monitoring and payables.
