eClerx Services Ltd. (ECLERX.NS) has appointed Hoshi Mistry as principal and a member of its executive leadership team, bringing back one of the company’s early leaders to oversee global delivery for its Customer Experience business.
Mistry’s appointment took effect July 10, 2026. He will report directly to CEO and Managing Director Kapil Jain and take responsibility for the delivery organization supporting eClerx’s Customer Experience operations.
The role puts Mistry in charge of execution across a business where large enterprise clients increasingly rely on a combination of digital operations, automation, analytics and AI to manage customer-facing workflows. For eClerx, the delivery function is central to translating those technologies into repeatable processes that can operate across clients, markets and geographies.
Mistry brings more than two decades of leadership experience and previously served as one of eClerx’s earliest leaders, contributing to the company’s development during its formative years. He returns with existing familiarity with the company’s clients, culture and operating model, as well as leadership experience gained outside the organization.
“Hoshi’s return to eClerx marks an exciting moment for the organization,” Jain said. “Having helped shape eClerx during its formative years and gained valuable leadership experience outside the organization, Hoshi is well positioned to lead our global delivery for Customer Experience into its next phase of growth.”
His appointment comes as eClerx operates an increasingly distributed delivery infrastructure. The publicly listed company has more than 22,000 employees across 17 countries and serves customers throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA.
That scale makes delivery management a significant operating function. Customer experience programs for large enterprises can span multiple channels, systems and geographic markets, requiring coordination among technology platforms, automation tools, analytics teams and human operations. Mistry will be responsible for overseeing how those capabilities are deployed for clients within the Customer Experience business.
eClerx provides AI-powered analytics, digital operations, automation and business process management services to Fortune 500 companies. Its customer base spans financial services, telecommunications, media and entertainment, luxury, retail and fashion, and manufacturing.
The company’s model reflects the changing mechanics of outsourced business operations, where clients increasingly expect service providers to do more than supply labor or manage individual processes. Enterprise programs now frequently combine automation and AI with operational teams, creating a need for delivery organizations capable of integrating technology into existing workflows while maintaining service levels at scale.
For eClerx, Mistry’s remit will center on that execution layer: coordinating teams and client requirements while supporting consistent delivery across the company’s international footprint.
“Having witnessed the company’s growth from its earliest days, I have always believed in the strength of its people, culture, and client-first mindset,” Mistry said. “I look forward to working closely with our teams and clients around the world.”
His return also provides continuity as eClerx expands the role of AI and automation within its service portfolio. Because Mistry participated in the company’s earlier growth, he enters the position with knowledge of the operating model that preceded its current global scale while assuming responsibility for adapting delivery to newer technology-driven workflows.
The appointment adds an experienced operator to eClerx’s executive leadership team at a time when business process providers are under pressure to demonstrate measurable productivity and service improvements from AI deployment. For eClerx, the challenge will be integrating those capabilities into customer experience operations in ways that can be standardized, measured and scaled across its global client base.
