Court docs say an accountant questioned $821k in deposits that PK Kemsley characterized as loans
According to Us Weekly, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star submitted new legal filings that include a declaration from certified public accountant Aaron Garrett. Hired by Dorit’s legal team, Garrett examined PK’s reported income and spending and raised several allegations about his finances.
In the declaration dated July 30, Garrett claimed that PK borrowed $350,000 in November 2024 and was expected to repay the amount by November 2025. However, he alleged that the documents provided so far do not show that the loan was ever repaid.
Garrett also claimed that PK Kemsley received $821,937 in deposits, which the British businessman characterized as loans. However, the filing states that no documentation showing the repayment of those alleged loans has been provided.
The declaration further claims that several inbound transfers and deposits came from domestic and international accounts. However, Garrett said, “It is unclear if these funds were received from accounts in PK’s name (which he has not disclosed), third parties, or business entities.” He further stated, “PK does not disclose any outstanding obligations in his updated Income and Expense Declaration.” He continued, “Nor has he produced documentation supporting the same. We have attributed these inflows to PK as income pending documentation supporting the obligations or repayment.”
According to the filing, PK also withdrew more than $100,000 in cash over the last two years. Garrett further alleged that he spent approximately $435,000 on travel and dining after moving out of the family’s home.
The accountant also claimed that the Real Housewives star has not received any child or spousal support since they separated. He further alleged that PK Kemsley has spent most of his time abroad while living a lavish lifestyle. Garrett also claimed that PK has assumed “little responsibility” for the couple’s two children. Thus, leaving Dorit to take care of “virtually all parenting responsibilities.”
