- dailypoint’s solutions are flexible and tailored to meet the needs of the hospitality sector: from luxury resorts to budget hotels, from urban to beach properties
dailypoint, the Central Data Platform for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Loyalty in hospitality, has expanded its customer portfolio with two new properties in the Americas.
Now Now NoHo, the first sleeper cabin hotel in New York City designed specifically for solo travelers, is implementing, among others, the Campaign Manager, Message Center, and Loyalty Program solutions to consolidate guest information within a single Customer Data Platform (CDP) and use unified data across marketing, communications and loyalty activities. With the Campaign Managertool, the hotel owned by Dovetail + Co. will be able to turn centralized guest data into targeted and automated communications and to move away from generic mass mailing campaigns. While the Message Center solution will provide the hotel team with a central place to manage guest communications, the Loyalty Program tool will support consistent guest recognition and help build lasting relationships with frequent travellers. Connecting these capabilities through a shared data foundation will allow Now Now NoHo to create a more relevant and consistent experience throughout the guest journey.
dailypoint grows in the Caribbean
Located directly on Meads Bay Beach, Carimar Beach Club has selected dailypoint’s complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and email marketing solutions. The resort with 24 beachfront villas is the software company’s first customer in the British Overseas Territory of Anguilla.
Through dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform, Carimar Beach Club will bring guest information from different touchpoints together within a single Central Profile. Guest records will be continuously enriched, consolidated and cleansed to avoid duplicated information. This will provide the resort with reliable data for segmented and personalized communications aimed at precise target groups based on booking history, preferences, interests and previous interactions. As a result, Carimar Beach Club will communicate more relevantly with its guests, strengthen direct relationships, and use its existing data more effectively to drive repeat stays and revenue.
As part of the implementation of its software solutions, dailypoint is developing an interface for real-time, two-way integration with Stayntouch, the Property Management System (PMS) used by both Now Now NoHo and Carimar Beach Club. The interface will synchronize relevant reservation and profile information between the PMS and dailypoint, helping the properties to maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records across their <a href="https://bitcomme.com/xonar-technology-achieves-soc-2-type-ii-examination/” title=”Xonar Technology Achieves SOC 2 Type II Examination”>technology environments. This continuous exchange will reduce manual data management, prevent information from remaining isolated within individual systems, and improve overall data quality. The resulting Central Profiles can then be used throughout marketing, loyalty, guest communications, and hotel operations.
“Now Now NoHo and Carimar Beach Club can now use dailypoint’s powerful Customer Data Platform to turn guest data into more relevant communication, stronger loyalty, and measurable value- explains Michael Toedt, CEO and Founder of dailypoint. “The real-time, two-way integration with Stayntouch complements this central data foundation by ensuring accurate and up-to-date PMS data.”
Named the #1 Hotel CRM & Email Marketing Solution at the 2026 HotelTechAwards, dailypoint has welcomed Serena Hotels (Africa and Asia), Mirror Lake Inn (United States) and Motel One (Europe) to its customers portfolio in the last couple of months. Additionally, it has integrated its solutions with Shiji’s, the global leader in hospitality technology, and Zapier. Other key developments include Model Context Protocol (MCP) support to enable hotels to connect selected guest data and tools with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini through a standardized open protocol.
