According to an October 29, 2026 post on dark web monitoring site Ransomware.live, hacker group Rhysida was behind the suspected attack, which was estimated to have occurred the same day.
HookPhish, another cybersecurity blog, similarly reported that Rhysida claimed to be responsible for an attack on the healthcare software company.
At the time this post was made, no additional information was available about the scope or nature of the unconfirmed ClaimTek Systems data breach.
