CC’s Coffee House, the beloved Louisiana-born coffee house concept, has appointed Bailey Richard as its new Director of Marketing, strengthening the brand’s leadership team as CC’s continues to evolve its positioning, menu and growth strategy to reach new guests and new markets.
Richard brings more than 10 years of restaurant industry experience spanning operations, branding, marketing, franchising, and sales-building across a variety of concepts. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth and marketing efforts of well-known restaurant brands including Raising Cane’s, Walk On’s and Off the Hook.
Most recently, Richard directed marketing efforts for R&R Brands, a multi-brand restaurant and entertainment venue owner and operator with more than 47 locations across seven states. His experience combines strategic brand development with an operator-minded approach to marketing, giving him a unique perspective on how brand strategy translates to the guest experience and restaurant-level performance.
“I’m excited to join CC’s Coffee House and work alongside a team with such a strong passion for the brand,” said Richard. “There’s incredible momentum and opportunity ahead, and I look forward to building meaningful connections with our guests and communities while helping position CC’s for its next chapter of growth.”
As Director of Marketing, Richard will lead marketing strategy for CC’s Coffee House with an emphasis on strengthening the brand’s connection with existing guests while introducing CC’s to new audiences. His work will support key areas including brand positioning, product and menu innovation, guest engagement, local restaurant marketing, and initiatives designed to support continued unit growth.
“Bailey brings a rare combination of restaurant operations experience, strategic marketing expertise and an entrepreneurial approach to driving sales,” said Celton Hayden Jr., CEO and President of CC’s Coffee House. “As we continue evolving CC’s and look toward future growth, his ability to connect brand strategy with what happens inside our coffee houses will be incredibly valuable. We’re excited to welcome him to the CC’s family and have him help lead the brand into its next chapter.”
Founded in 1995 in New Orleans, CC’s Coffee House has built a loyal following around quality handcrafted beverages, genuine hospitality and a distinctly Louisiana approach to coffee culture. Signature offerings include the Mochasippi, the brand’s iconic blended frozen beverage, and Espresso No. 22, a shaken espresso beverage topped with cream. The menu has continued to evolve alongside changing guest preferences, with offerings including teas, shaken refreshers, natural sparkling energy beverages and seasonal innovations.
