Canva has crossed 100 new Visual Suite feature launches since the start of 2026, as the visual communication platform expands its offerings across Docs, Presentations, Sheets, Whiteboards, Video and other formats.
The company said more than 100 million people now use Canva Presentations each month, making it one of the top three tools used to create presentations. Canva also reported that more than one billion designs are created on the platform every month, including nearly 1,000 documents, 3,000 presentations and 5,000 social media posts every minute.
The latest milestone marks 100 Visual Suite feature launches since the beginning of the year, representing a pace of nearly one new upgrade every other day.
“Canva has become one of the most widely used productivity suites in the world, as people bring more of their everyday work into Canva,” said Cameron Adams, Co Founder and Chief Product Officer, Canva. He added that the company sees its current progress as an early stage of its broader product development journey.
Canva said its productivity suite is being used across documents, presentations, data, planning and collaboration. Canva Docs, launched nearly four years ago, is now the platform’s third most popular design type, with nearly 1,000 documents created every minute.
Canva Presentations is its fastest growing design type, with nearly 3,000 presentations created every minute.
The company also said that more than 98% of Fortune 500 companies now use Canva, while enterprise adoption has more than doubled year over year.
According to Canva, more than a quarter of a billion multi format designs have been created since its new Canva format was introduced last year. The company said organisations are increasingly using the platform across planning, organisation, measurement and delivery, alongside design.
Canva’s Visual Suite brings documents, spreadsheets, presentations and whiteboards into a single platform. The company said the approach allows teams to move between different stages of a project without switching between separate tools.
A project can begin on a Whiteboard, move into a brief or report in Docs, incorporate data from Sheets and develop into a Presentation within the same platform. Canva said the Visual Suite also supports real time collaboration while keeping content, data and brand assets together.
New updates across the Visual Suite
The latest updates introduce new capabilities across the platform.
Canva Docs is receiving richer visual layouts and expanded formatting controls. New full page designs allow users to create edge to edge visual layouts, while automatic page breaks and expanded styles are designed to help turn working documents into more polished outputs.
Canva Sheets is adding more than a dozen updates focused on formatting, customisation and project management. New AI capabilities can analyse data and convert it into charts and tables for use in presentations and Docs. Public filters, column hiding and row grouping are also being introduced to provide additional control over shared information.
Whiteboards are receiving updates focused on collaborative planning and brainstorming. These include streamlined panning, mobile pasting, Follow Collaborators and one click reactions. Whiteboards can also be converted into a Presentation or Doc with a single click.
Presentations are gaining features designed to support both creation and delivery. These include an estimated presenting timer, one click presenting and automatically generated presenter notes.
Growth in websites and mobile usage
Canva said nearly one million websites are published through the platform every month. New navigation features support websites with up to 20 sections, while updates to SEO, domain controls and buttons provide additional website management options.
Canva Code has also recorded more than six million coded websites created to date.
Mobile usage is another area of growth for the Visual Suite. India leads South Asia in Visual Suite usage on mobile, with more than 70% of users creating on their mobile phones.
Globally, more than half of Visual Suite users work on mobile, while Canva said mobile adoption of its Websites product is growing at the fastest rate.
