BOXABL has appointed Larry King as Chief Financial Officer and Heather Clayton as Chief Accounting Officer as the modular housing company strengthens its finance organization following its transition to the public markets.
The appointments add two experienced finance executives responsible for expanding financial reporting, accounting and operational infrastructure as BOXABL operates as a Nasdaq-listed company.
King is a CPA with more than 35 years of finance, accounting and operational experience across gaming, manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare.
His background includes public-company reporting, mergers and acquisitions and operational turnarounds.
King has previously served in senior finance roles involving SEC reporting and complex multi-entity organizations, capabilities BOXABL expects to become increasingly important as its manufacturing operations expand.
Clayton brings experience building accounting organizations at rapidly growing businesses. She previously rose from Controller to CFO at the Vegas Golden Knights and helped build financial infrastructure as the organization expanded across multiple entities and acquisitions.
BOXABL has raised more than $230 million from over 50,000 investors since its founding in 2017.
Its flagship Casita is a 361-square-foot modular studio designed to be mass manufactured and unfolded on-site, while the company is also developing stackable modules for larger single-family and multifamily configurations.
BOXABL began trading on Nasdaq under the BXBL ticker in July 2026 following its business combination with FG Merger II.
“Larry and Heather each bring the kind of finance leadership we need as we build out our public company infrastructure.”
“Larry’s deep SEC reporting experience and Heather’s track record scaling complex, multi-entity organizations will be valuable as we strengthen our foundation for the road ahead.”
Paolo Tiramani, Founder and CEO of BOXABL
