As artificial intelligence reshapes business operations globally, Melody Fidel, founder and chief executive officer of UK-headquartered technology company BIZOACH, is developing an AI-powered business operating system aimed at addressing one of the persistent challenges facing entrepreneurs: fragmented information and disconnected business tools.
For many business owners, managing a company requires the use of multiple platforms for learning, financial analysis, artificial intelligence, task management, planning and performance monitoring. While these tools provide useful functions, entrepreneurs are often left to connect the information and determine the next course of action.
Fidel believes technology should do more. “Entrepreneurs don’t suffer from a lack of information. They suffer from fragmented information, disconnected tools and uncertainty about what to do next,” he said, explaining the thinking behind BIZOACH.
The company is therefore positioning BIZOACH as an AI Business Operating System rather than another chatbot. Its objective is to integrate business intelligence, AI-powered guidance, capability development and execution within a single operating environment.
The growing adoption of generative AI has made business information more accessible to entrepreneurs. Business owners can now obtain recommendations on pricing, marketing, strategy, fundraising and other areas of business management within seconds.
However, Fidel argues that information alone does not solve the fundamental challenges of running a business. Entrepreneurs still have to determine whether an AI recommendation is appropriate, develop the capability required to implement it, translate it into a plan and establish whether the resulting action produced the desired outcome.
BIZOACH is being designed around this complete cycle: Understand, Learn, Decide, Plan, Execute, Measure and Learn Again. The company believes connecting these stages could create a more useful form of AI support for entrepreneurs.
At the centre of the platform is BIZOACH IQ, an intelligence layer designed to establish a baseline understanding of the entrepreneur and the business. This information is expected to inform recommendations and support delivered across the wider BIZOACH ecosystem.
Its AI Advisor is designed to provide contextual business guidance, while Learning Pathways will help entrepreneurs develop practical capabilities in business foundations, growth and go-to-market strategy, business intelligence, AI-driven decision-making, marketing, customer acquisition and investment readiness.
The platform also includes Intelligence Tools for structured activities such as business analysis, validation and planning. Its Execution System is designed to translate recommendations and business objectives into actionable plans with defined responsibilities, timelines and measurable outcomes.
For instance, if an entrepreneur identifies declining customer retention, BIZOACH could help analyse potential causes and recommend improvements to customer onboarding. Rather than ending with the recommendation, the system is designed to help create an execution plan and subsequently measure its impact on business performance.
The company also sees the accumulation of business data and outcomes as a potential long-term advantage. BIZOACH intends to develop what it describes as “institutional memory”, enabling entrepreneurs to retain the relationship between previous decisions, actions and results.
Such a system could allow business owners to move beyond asking AI what they should do next. They could also examine what they have previously attempted, the results achieved and how those experiences should influence future decisions.
Although BIZOACH is headquartered in the United Kingdom, the company is pursuing an Africa-led distribution strategy. Fidel sees the continent’s entrepreneurial ecosystem as an opportunity to develop technology around businesses operating in markets where structured intelligence, business capability development and execution support can be fragmented.
Education remains a significant component of the platform, but BIZOACH says it does not intend to operate simply as an online course provider. Its Learning Pathways are focused on practical capabilities, with completed pathways potentially leading to verifiable BIZOACH credentials.
BIZOACH is preparing for its public product launch in October 2026. Fidel’s broader objective, however, is to build an intelligent infrastructure that supports entrepreneurs across the business journey—from understanding their companies and improving their capabilities to making decisions, executing strategies, measuring results and learning from experience. Its guiding philosophy is captured in the phrase: “Build With Intelligence.”
