Gaxos.ai has secured additional funding support from Amazon Web Services to accelerate development of its AI-driven sales coaching platform, strengthening the company’s effort to build enterprise software products capable of competing in the rapidly growing sales technology market.
The funding will support Gaxos Labs, the company’s enterprise AI division, as it develops a real-time sales enablement platform designed to automate coaching, performance analysis, and workflow optimization for sales organizations. Financial terms of the AWS commitment were not disclosed.
The platform is being developed in collaboration with Caylent, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, and is intended for enterprise-scale deployment. Planned capabilities include live call transcription, automated coaching recommendations, post-call performance analysis, and tools designed to help organizations improve sales execution and productivity.
For Gaxos, the AWS-backed initiative represents a strategic expansion beyond its broader portfolio of AI applications and into enterprise software markets where organizations are increasingly investing in automation tools that can improve sales efficiency and operational visibility.
Rather than focusing on generic conversational AI, the company is targeting workflow-specific use cases tied to revenue generation. The platform aims to capture and analyze customer interactions in real time, helping sales teams identify coaching opportunities, standardize best practices, and improve performance across distributed organizations.
Chief Executive Officer Vadim Mats said AWS’ support validates both the platform’s development roadmap and its commercial potential. Beyond accelerating product development, the company believes the relationship could enhance credibility with prospective enterprise customers and support future go-to-market initiatives.
The investment reflects growing demand for AI systems that can be embedded directly into business processes rather than functioning solely as standalone productivity tools. In sales organizations, companies are increasingly deploying AI to automate call analysis, monitor performance metrics, generate coaching recommendations, and reduce administrative workloads for managers and representatives.
Caylent’s role in the project provides cloud architecture and implementation expertise as Gaxos works to build a platform capable of supporting enterprise security, scalability, and reliability requirements. The cloud services firm specializes in AWS-based modernization and generative AI deployments for enterprise customers.
The initiative also highlights AWS’ continued investment in expanding the ecosystem of software providers building AI-native applications on its cloud infrastructure. For emerging software companies, access to cloud funding programs can help accelerate development cycles and reduce infrastructure costs during commercialization.
As Gaxos advances the platform toward market launch, the company is positioning the product around measurable business outcomes such as sales productivity, coaching effectiveness, and performance optimization—areas where enterprise buyers are increasingly seeking operational returns from AI investments rather than standalone technology adoption.
