Annie, a member of the ‘New World Chairman’ group All Day Project, tells fans about diet-related concerns and requests
Annie (24, real name Seo Do-yoon), a member of the group All Day Project, expressed her thoughts on dieting.
Recently, Annie left a lengthy post to fans’ questions about how to diet through a fan communication platform. After the release of the pictorial, interest in the secret of body care increased, and he expressed his thoughts directly.
Annie expressed her cautious feelings, saying, “Young Day members ask me a lot about how to diet after watching this pictorial, but I feel weird.”
He continued, “When talking about food or exercise, there is a little bit of caution. I’m worried that my young friends will be affected badly, he said. “My eating habits and exercise methods are not the answer. Each person has a different body and a different constitution, he stressed.
Annie said, “Dieting is done for your health and for me to be happier,” adding, “I don’t think it’s really good to do it for others or for other people’s eyes.” I know so well because I’ve done that,” he said.
In addition, he said, “It is really important for people to rest in their lives,” adding, “If you live with too much compulsion, it seems to be more difficult and counterproductive.”
Meanwhile, Annie is known as the only granddaughter of Shinsegae Group Chairman Lee Myung-hee and the eldest daughter of Shinsegae Chairman Chung Yoo-kyung. He graduated from Columbia University in May with a major in art history and visual arts, and made his official debut in the music industry as an All-Day Project member in June last year.
