She looked sensational on the catwalk during London Fashion Week, proudly showing off her weight loss in a glamorous purple gown.
And while Alison Hammond has never looked better, the TV star is also feeling better than ever – as sources say she can’t wait to walk down the aisle with boyfriend David Putman.

‘Alison is telling pals she has never felt more confident and more beautiful in all her life,’ the source says. ‘Her weight loss has given her more confidence and she is loving life – she’s never been so happy. She loved her sexy new look on the runway. She would not have dreamt of getting styled like that a few years ago – but she’s embracing the fact her new body has given her the confidence to do this. She’s still loved-up and wants to marry David. She wants to look her best for him and for their eventual dream wedding.’
Alison, 51, first met Russian model and masseuse David, 29, in 2023 after she booked a massage with him – and they have gone from strength to strength ever since. And in recent years, the This Morning presenter has shed a jaw-dropping 13 stone as a result of strength training, other exercise and changes to her diet.

‘There are some concerns among friends that Alison could go too far with her weight loss,’ theeme, or for her to lose her sense of self and look like a completely different person.’
They add, ‘But Alison is happy as she is now. She’s not ruling out losing more weight, especially for the wedding, but equally is loving her body at the moment and feeling so much more positive in herself.’
