The 2026 Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Entrepreneurs Exchange Forum was successfully held in Shanghai.
On October 17, 2026, the 2026 Exchange Forum for Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Entrepreneurs & the 3rd Anniversary Celebration of the HQE “Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative” Entrepreneurs Club was held in Shanghai. This forum was co-hosted by the HQE “Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative” Entrepreneurs Club, Bank of Jiangsu Shanghai Branch, and Feidu Technology. Guests and industrial experts from SRDI enterprises, listed companies and investment institutions gathered together to conduct in-depth exchanges on topics including AI, global expansion, big health, M&A and restructuring, jointly review the three-year growth history of the club, and explore new paths for high-quality development of SRDI enterprises.
01 Three Years of Joint Journey | Starting from “Connecting People, Securing Capital, Expanding Business”
At the beginning of the forum, Yao Hui, initiator of the HQE “Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative” Entrepreneurs Club, delivered a review and outlook speech for the 3rd anniversary.
He reviewed the development process of the club since its establishment in October 2023: starting from dozens of initial members, it now gathers 253 SRDI entrepreneurs, and has held 146 various types of activities in total.
The club has always adhered to the core concept of “altruistic symbiosis and long-termism”. Focusing on the core goal of “connecting people, securing capital, expanding business”, it has gradually built a five-brand activity system covering member exchange meetings, business improvement meetings, member visits, study tours at listed companies, and open classes. Meanwhile, with Shanghai as its headquarters, the club has successively set up four branches in Beijing, Shenzhen, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, forming a service network covering the Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It has also set up five industry groups for new energy, new materials, intelligent manufacturing, information technology and big health, realizing in-depth cultivation in both regions and industries.
In the past three years, the club has also organized overseas business inspections in the Middle East, Vietnam, Central Asia and other regions, and jointly launched the “SRDI Entrepreneurs Class” with Hejun Business School, promoting members to move from resource connection to cognitive co-improvement. Yao Hui said that the 3rd anniversary is a milestone and also a new starting point. The club will continue to adhere to long-termism and move forward hand in hand with member enterprises.
02 Themed Sharing | Insight into Trends, Discussing Growth Together
1. Financial Empowerment for SRDI: Accompanying Hard Technology Enterprises from Technological Breakthrough to Global Layout
Ma Haiying, Vice President of Bank of Jiangsu Shanghai Branch, shared the “accompanying” approach of financial services around the full-cycle needs of hard technology enterprises from technological breakthrough to global layout. She introduced how financial institutions build a better service ecosystem in the stage of technological tackling, and create a more complete product system in the stage of global expansion of enterprises. With the three commitments of “connector, companion, and escort”, she expressed the determination to resonate with SRDI enterprises and pursue long-termism together: financial empowerment not only provides capital, but also brings confidence and certainty.
2. Enabling Machines to Understand the Physical World: Spatial Intelligent All-in-One Machine, the Shortest Path for Physical AI Implementation
Li Peng, CEO of Feidu Technology, pointed out that the next wave of AI will not appear on the screen, but in the physical world. With 3DT data standards, DTS spatial computing engine and Zhengrong spatial intelligent model as the core, Feidu Technology has launched the Yuanzun Spatial Intelligent All-in-One Machine, which realizes integration of rendering and reasoning, full-stack localization, and out-of-the-box use, providing a spatial intelligent base for urban governance, low-altitude economy, energy and water conservancy and other fields. He emphasized that spatial intelligence is moving from “visible” to “computable, deducible and decision-making”, the threshold for localized bidding is being opened, and early entrants will occupy a long-term advantageous position.
3. Breakthrough for SRDI Enterprises in Global Expansion: How to Seize the Era Opportunity of Going Global with AI
Sun Licui, Partner of Xinggu Cloud, believes that AI is transforming globalization from a capital-intensive capability to an intelligence-intensive capability, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to replicate their operating capabilities globally at extremely low cost. Through AI marketing and sales agents, Xinggu Cloud helps enterprises build a complete link from website construction, customer acquisition, inquiry to conversion, so that enterprises can complete the first step of going global without recruiting a full foreign trade team in advance. Taking industry practices in medical devices, construction machinery, new energy energy storage and other fields as examples, she demonstrated how AI helps enterprises realize low-cost construction of global sales networks.
4. Deep Cultivation in Segmented Tracks, Technology Drives Upgrading of Big Health Industry
Gao Qian, Chairman of Zhongweiyuan Biotechnology, said that the big health industry is moving from “general concept popularization” to “underlying technology tackling”, and core competitiveness returns to the hard power of underlying biotechnology. Zhongweiyuan Biotechnology deeply cultivates the micro-ecology field, takes the path of “specialization at the source, refinement in technology, uniqueness in standards, innovation in scenarios”, builds a native local strain library, overcomes the normal temperature liquid live bacteria technology, builds a live bacteria intelligent manufacturing platform with pharmaceutical-grade standards, and promotes micro-ecological health care to extend from the intestinal tract to the whole life cycle. She emphasized that SRDI development is not walking alone, but moving forward with the power of the times. Zhongweiyuan Biotechnology is committed to building the “Chinese Bacteria Valley” owned by the Chinese people.
5. Opportunities and Challenges in the Era of Large-scale Mergers and Acquisitions
Yu Tiecheng, Dean of Guanghui M&A Research Institute, shared in depth around the current M&A market trends and the choice of capital paths for SRDI enterprises. He systematically sorted out the policy orientation and trend changes of the M&A market since the release of the “Six M&A Principles”, and pointed out that M&A and restructuring have become an important path for SRDI enterprises to achieve leapfrog development.
On the path choice between independent IPO and strategic M&A, he proposed that comprehensive judgment should be made combining the industry competition pattern, technology maturity and the enterprise’s own development stage: enterprises with extremely high technical barriers and platform potential are suitable for independent IPO; while in tracks where the competition pattern has become concentrated and continuous capital injection is required, being strategically acquired by listed companies is a more rational choice. He also deeply analyzed the two-way empowerment logic between listed companies and SRDI enterprises: listed companies can provide “empowerment support” for SRDI enterprises through capital injection, market access, supply chain integration and brand endorsement, while SRDI enterprises can inject “feedback impetus” into listed companies through technology upgrading, opening up the second growth curve and ecological construction. In terms of transaction structure design, combined with a number of practical cases, he shared the key design points in M&A transactions such as differentiated pricing mechanism, performance commitment and compensation arrangement, simultaneous promotion of agreement transfer and cash acquisition, providing practical reference for SRDI enterprises to grasp the initiative in M&A transactions and balance the interests of all parties.
He emphasized that SRDI enterprises should seize the window of industrial integration, make good use of capital tools, find their own positioning in the great M&A era, and maximize value.
