Fortive Corporation (“Fortive”) (NYSE: FTV) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Susan L. Main as a director of Fortive, effective September 9, 2026, with the size of the Board expanded from eight to nine members. In addition, Ms. Main was concurrently appointed to the Audit Committee.
