According to research by the UNESCO International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (UNESCO-ICHEI) earlier this year, Southeast Asia is serving as a home to now more than 7,000 higher education institutions and roughly 12 million students. Few regions in the world are adding students, campuses, and cross-border partnerships.
