The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) has endorsed efforts to expand the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme in Nigeria, saying structured entrepreneurship training is critical to strengthening small businesses, improving productivity and creating jobs.
