Michelle Hinchliffe, Macquarie director and a former KPMG partner, had contact with key KPMG personnel while the accounting firm was bidding for Macquarie’s audit contract, the bank has admitted.
Clearco has secured a $100 million asset-backed financing facility from Macquarie Group that is expected to support approximately $900 million in funding to ecommerce brands over the next two years.
