Julie Penner, an experienced startup founder, mentor, investor and community builder, has been named the new director of the CU Boulder Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative. The initiative connects, coheres and elevates CU Boulder’s many innovation and entrepreneurship programs and resources, enhancing the student experience and connections to the community.
