JAKARTA, Sept 15 (Reuters) – Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, who was sacked as Indonesia’s finance minister this week, said on Tuesday he was upset to be removed from his job, but was half expecting the decision.
The United Nations lists Indonesia as the fourth most populous country in 2026. At 288 million residents, it follows India (1.46 billion), China (1.41 billion), and the United States (345 million).
