Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) —Convicts in Uzbekistan may soon be permitted to purchase allowed food items, personal belongings, and other goods through infokiosks, websites, and mobile applications under a new regulatory draft released for public discussion by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
