JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an application from Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company to provide sewer service and acquire the sewer system assets currently operated by Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 in Knox County, covering the Baring Area, Hurdland, and Newark wastewater facilities.
