Commercial Vehicle Group (NASDAQ: CVGI) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Angie O’Leary as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 6, 2026. O’Leary had served as Interim CFO since March 2026 and previously was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
