VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 27, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EverGen Infrastructure Corp. (“EverGen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: EVGN) (OTCQB: EVGIF), today reported <a href="https://bitcomme.com/formula-systems-reports-second-quarter-and-first-half-2026-financial-results/” title=”Formula Systems Reports Second Quarter and First Half 2026 Financial Results“>financial results as at and for Q2 2026. All amounts are in Canadian dollars and are presented in thousands of dollars unless otherwise stated and have been prepared in accordance with IFRS.

Revenues increased by $2.0 million, or 71% compared to the same period last year, primarily due to higher tipping revenues from increased volumes received at the organic waste and composting facilities, increased RNG production at FVB and GrowTEC, and the settlement of carbon credit sales during the quarter.
Net loss decreased by $1.6 million or 80% compared to the same period last year, primarily due to an increase in revenues, lower general and administrative expenses and lower finance costs.
Adjusted EBITDA increased by $1.4 million or 416% compared to the same period last year, primarily due to higher tipping volumes received at the organic waste and composting facilities and increased RNG production and associated revenues at FVB and GrowTEC.
RNG production increased to 54,675 GJ or 11% compared to the same period last year, following continued stabilization of the FVB and GrowTEC RNG facilities.
