Trivisonno advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and business founders on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and a broad range of corporate matters. He has led complex domestic and cross-border transactions across various industries, including technology, healthcare, industrials, fintech, business services, and sports and entertainment. In addition to his transactional practice, Trivisonno counsels clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, restructurings, and other strategic business matters. Trivisonno also represents athletes and entertainers in complex business matters, including commercial contracts, minority investments, and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) matters.
