Power Leaves Engages Independent Trading Group as Market Maker and Native Ads for Digital Marketing

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – November 2, 2026) – Power Leaves Holdings Corp. (CSE: NASA) (the “Company”) today announced that it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (“ITG”) to provide market-making services in accordance with Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the CSE and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common shares.
The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. ITG will receive a monthly fee of CAD$6,000 for its services. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.
The company is also pleased to announce it has entered into a service agreement with Native Ads Inc. (“Native Ads”), pursuant to which Native Ads will provide a marketing campaign for an initial retainer of up to US$200,000, with a term of up to twenty-four months or until the retainer is depleted. The company has full discretion to discontinue or renew the campaign.
Under the agreement, Native Ads will provide the Company with strategic digital media services, marketing and data analytics services. Services include sponsored articles and other advertising development, ad campaign analytics and media buying and distribution services. The majority of the campaign budget will be disbursed by Native Ads, Inc. in order to satisfy its obligations under the Agreement. Neither Native Ads nor any of its directors or officers has any interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company or any right or intention to acquire such an interest.
