Industry players, are you thinking of participating in tenders that use the eSubmission capability? Think twice! Hackers might just be able to intercept and view confidential information. It’s a brave new world, indeed.
In other tender news, the State Information Technology Agency (SITA) is on the hunt for someone to provide hardware maintenance and operating system restoration services for the South African Police Service (SAPS) for five long years. Meanwhile, the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) wants bids for Oracle EBS support and maintenance, as well as a new implementation, for three years.
