Disability bathroon was torn apart due to water leak, but the insurance says the house is habitable (see comments)

USAA
Illinois

I had a major water leak from a pipe that broke in the ADA bathroom in our home and caused extensive water damage in two bedrooms

I am legally disabled with mobility issues and that was the only ADA bathroom – its now been torn apart and not accessible.

Additionally, two adult relatives lost the use of their bedrooms (they are covered under my homeowners insurance)

How can my insurance deny ALE for everybody? They stated we had 1 working bathroom, thus the house is habitable (its upstairs and not ADA).

They know I am disabled.

I requested a formal denial with the policy citation.

Any suggestions?
